When and how will I be notified about my application?

Applicants are reviewed and evaluated based on education and experience. Those applicants whose experience and education most closely match the specific job requirements will be emailed with a date and time for a phone screen. It is important that applicants read and respond to this email in order to secure their phone screen appointment.  Please make sure you check your spam  box.

Where can I download the application packet from?

Yes. You may download the application form here. Current job descriptions and announcements on the employment webpage are in Adobe PDF format. You must save the PDF to your hard drive before filling out the fields. Please keep in mind that most positions require a supplemental questionnaire or additional materials; incomplete applications are not considered.

What is the interview process like?

Applicants who are selected to move forward with the interview process will receive an email with a time and date for a twenty minute phone screen. Each applicant must respond to this email by the stated date and time in order for the phone screen to take place. Applicants who successfully complete a phone screen will be invited for one or more in-person interviews with a panel of YWCA staff.
